I took a break for awhile and now am back to it. Thanks for sharing all of your tips.
BlessingsAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5609957991100287914.post-86615467252106729832010-06-28T07:17:02.066-07:002010-06-28T07:17:02.066-07:00Mary... that is a very kind approach. I rarely make it out of a drug store without spending money. :-)

The register rewards at Walgreens are used just like CVS's extra care bucks.

Rite Aid has a deal here in Ca. where they'll pay you $25.00 for every prescription you transfer. I made a lot of money a few years ago when I transferred dh's prescriptions.A Woman that Fears the Lordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09028148446621304362noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5609957991100287914.post-80925910988352020982010-06-28T07:06:24.793-07:002010-06-28T07:06:24.793-07:00I usually do this at the drug store that is neares...I usually do this at the drug store that is nearest to my favorite grocery store. Currently, the closest one is a CVS-- you get freebies there too, and at the grocery stores if you do coupons and follow sales. CVS usually does it by giving a receipt with 'extra care bucks' on it so you bring it back and get that much off next time you shop.

One thing I always think about however is the merchant. They do this to bring in paying customers--so I always make sure I buy things that cost me something as well as take advantage of deals.

For instance--when I used to shop Riteaid more I got my RXs there as well as did coupon shopping. It only seems fair.Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11308992169354124015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5609957991100287914.post-49254230147469396632010-06-28T04:38:49.061-07:002010-06-28T04:38:49.061-07:00thank you for the reminder. I have 2 $6 RRs that expire this week, I better go today or tomorrow and roll them into these deals.
My town only has a Walgreens, no RiteAid or CVS or Target - but I am thankful for so many good deals at walgreens.Rhondahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07898829593961271218noreply@blogger.com
